## About the Role

2-5 years of experience in benefits administration, HR, or a related field

Experience with Employee Navigator, Ease, PlanSwift, BSwift, or similar platforms

HRIS/payroll experience with BambooHR, ADP, Paycor, or similar systems

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and related tools

Strong analytical skills and the ability to spot discrepancies early

Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences

Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years in benefits administration accepted in lieu of degree

## Description

* Configure client benefit websites: plan details, costs, documents, notifications, and videos

 * Build payroll integrations with BambooHR, ADP, Paycor, and similar platforms

 * Maintain carrier API integrations and update configurations at renewal

 * Update the Austin internal system through each client renewal cycle

 * Create employee and employer communications for onboarding and offboarding

 * Prepare paper enrollment documentation when online platforms are not in place

 * Audit systems to verify calculations match carrier contracts and resolve discrepancies

 * Oversee client enrollment platform changes and flag challenges early

 * Maintain the Austin Navigator renewal process for applicable clients

 * Collaborate with Client Experience, Analytics, carriers, and vendors
