You will build where AI capability meets a real user: streaming agent output, knowledge structures that change underneath you, and results that must be explainable rather than merely plausible. The role exists because mission users judge our products by what they can see, verify, and act on., * Design and ship features end to end - data model, service logic, API surface, and the user-facing interface that consumes them. * Build and own the real-time surfaces of the products: streaming agent output, live task status, and progressive rendering of long-running analysis. * Make results explainable in the product by surfacing source, provenance, and reasoning path, so a user can judge a conclusion instead of trusting it. * Build interfaces over dynamic ontologies and knowledge structures that stay navigable as the underlying representation evolves. * Guarantee the service contracts you expose - versioning, backward compatibility, and failure semantics that consuming teams can rely on. * Set quality standards for the surfaces you own, including test coverage, accessibility, and front-end performance budgets. * Mentor junior engineers and lead design review and planning for the subsystems you own. * Travel up to 15% for customer engagement, integration support, and team collaboration.
