 * Leadership Competencies: Strong foundation in servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, team empowerment, and cross-functional collaboration., * Certifications: SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMP, or equivalent recognized delivery credentials.
 * Toolchain Ecosystem: Extensive hands-on administration and workflow management experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
