## About the Role

This is a remote role. On the rare occasion of travel - valid drivers license and ability to travel required, * 3+ years of wireless deployment, network rollout, construction management, or implementation experience.

 * Experience supporting OEM, infrastructure vendor, or carrier deployment programs.
 * Strong understanding of the wireless deployment lifecycle and cell site construction process.
 * Experience reviewing RFDS packages, construction drawings, site surveys, and technical documentation.
 * Knowledge of LTE and 5G network deployments.
 * Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Highly Desired

 * T-Mobile deployment experience
 * Experience supporting carrier-facing deliverables and acceptance processes.
 * Familiarity with RAN, fiber, transport, and wireless infrastructure deployments.
 * Experience managing multiple sites and deployment schedules simultaneously.

Required Certifications

Candidates must provide the following certifications prior to start (costs are not reimbursed):

 * CPR
 * Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP)
 * RF Awareness

Within 6-8 weeks of start:

 * OSHA 10 + Fall Protection
 * OSHA 30

## Description

Seeking an experienced Wireless Deployment Manager to support wireless network deployment projects on a major carrier program. This role is responsible for driving project execution from engineering through acceptance, serving as the primary liaison between OEM teams, carrier stakeholders, engineering partners, and construction vendors., * Manage wireless deployment projects through implementation, acceptance, and closeout.

 * Review and validate RFDS packages, construction drawings, engineering deliverables, and site documentation.
 * Review and validate Bills of Material (BOMs).
 * Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
 * Coordinate activities across carrier, engineering, construction, and OEM teams.
 * Support site acceptance, closeout packages, and turnover documentation.
 * Review change requests and scope modifications.
 * Validate technical site surveys and project documentation.
 * Monitor supplier performance, rollout schedules, and quality metrics.
 * Lead project status meetings and provide accurate reporting to stakeholders.
 * Ensure compliance with customer standards, deployment requirements, and quality expectations.
 * Drive timely completion of customer-facing deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
