## Description

Our Augmented Change Factory embodies a new approach to change: industrialisation, augmented consultant model, product offerings, and AI agents. This role is aimed at a confirmed Change AI Manager, serving as operational leader, methodological reference, team manager, and ambassador to our clients.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Change AI Manager (M/F), you play a key role in executing our strategic plan: industrialisation of change support, acceleration of adoption, dissemination of the augmented consultant model, and deployment of product offerings and AI agents.

Leadership & Delivery:

 * Lead one or more change workstreams on complex programmes
 * Build multi-stakeholder adoption strategies
 * Ensure the quality of methodologies and deliverables
 * Measure impact via KPIs, usage metrics, and analytics

Expertise & Industrialisation:

 * Disseminate the augmented change model: assets, frameworks, AI agents
 * Develop new offerings, modules, and adoption kits
 * Contribute to the Change Factory industrialisation roadmap

Client Relations:

 * Support Executive Committees and Business Departments
 * Meet governance, budget, and action plan commitments
 * Identify opportunities

Management & Community:

 * Manage consultants and seniors
 * Upskill teams on modern change methodologies
 * Actively contribute to internal culture, capability development, and cohesion
