* Connaissance des systèmes Station Microsoft Windows (Linux et MacOS seront un plus)
 * Connaissance des systèmes Serveur Microsoft Windows 2019,2022,2025 et des services DNS/DHCP, TSE, Virtualisation Hyper V.
 * Solution de l'environnement collaboratif Microsoft 365 ( Mail, Sharepoint, Teams)
 * Bonnes connaissances des technologies réseaux : VLAN, QOS, Routage IP, VPN, Tunnel IPSEC.
 * Connaissance des outils de sauvegarde, des antivirus réseaux.
 * Connaissances des équipements réseaux WIFI, Routeur, Firewall

Savoir Faire :

 * Administration et résolution de problème de Niveau 1 & 2.
 * Utilisation d'outils de Supervision.

Savoir Être :

 * Orientation client, aptitudes relationnelles, à l'écoute sont vos 1ers atouts pour atteindre les objectifs de ce poste.
 * Communication orale et écrite en Français et en Anglais
 * Esprit d'initiative, autonomie, esprit d'équipe.
 * Rigueur, organisée, gestion du stress et des priorités.

De formation BAC+2 dans le domaine de l'informatique, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie (idéalement supérieure à 2 ans) dans un environnement TPE/PME.
