 * Stack technique : Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL - OEM, SSMS, pgAdmin, Grafana - PowerShell, Bash, Python
 * Sécurité : CIS Benchmarks, ANSSI, TDE, TLS - culture DevSecOps
 * Soft skills : rigoureux·se et méthodique, bon relationnel, orienté·e satisfaction client interne, force de proposition - à l'aise dans un SI en forte transformation

## Description

Au sein de la DSI, tu intègres l'équipe pilotée par le Responsable Département Centre de Services. Ta mission : garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurisation des bases de données Harvest - sur un périmètre transverse qui couvre l'Infra, l'Applicatif, la Cyber et le Centre de Services.

Administration & exploitation

 * Administrer et optimiser les SGBD Oracle, SQL Server et PostgreSQL en environnement de production critique
 * Assurer la continuité de service : sauvegardes, restaurations, PRA/PCA, architectures haute disponibilité (RAC, AlwaysOn)
 * Piloter le tuning SQL, l'indexation et l'analyse des plans d'exécution
 * Accompagner les projets applicatifs Harvest et participer aux migrations (versions, cloud)

Hardening & sécurité

 * Appliquer les standards ANSSI, CIS Benchmarks et ISO 27001 sur les SGBD
 * Mettre en œuvre le principe de moindre privilège, authentification forte (AD/Kerberos) et chiffrement TDE / TLS 1.2/1.3
 * Réduire la surface d'attaque et intégrer la supervision sécurité au SIEM
 * Collaborer avec l'équipe Cyber Harvest sur les audits et remédiations

Support & projets

 * Prendre en charge les incidents N2/N3, piloter les RCA et assurer le support expertise auprès du Centre de Services
