## About the Role

* Experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or technical support.
 * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Server administration.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking.
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and user account management.
 * Understanding of backup, recovery, patch management, and endpoint security.
 * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
 * Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
 * Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and routine administration automation.
 * Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications.
 * Experience supporting multiple business environments or managed IT services.

## Description

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience administering Windows environments, managing user accounts, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting cloud-based infrastructure. The successful candidate will work with technical teams to resolve incidents, strengthen security, and maintain dependable IT services.

Responsibilities

 * Install, configure, maintain, and monitor servers, workstations, and operating systems.
 * Administer Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user access permissions.
 * Monitor system performance, availability, backups, and infrastructure health.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Manage system updates, security patches, and routine maintenance.
 * Support cloud infrastructure and services, including Microsoft Azure where applicable.
 * Implement access controls and follow established cybersecurity policies.
 * Maintain technical documentation, system inventories, and configuration records.
 * Respond to service requests and incidents within established service-level agreements.
 * Coordinate with help desk, network, security, and cloud teams to resolve complex issues.
