## About the Role

* 5 years of stakeholder engagement or change management experience.
 * Experience on a large ERP or technology transformation.
 * Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
 * Experience with stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and communications planning.
 * Ability to work with business executives, SMEs, and technical teams.
 * Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate communications, analysis, or reporting., * Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
 * Federal government or financial management transformation experience.
 * Prosci or other OCM certification or methodology experience., * A leading role on a decade-long federal modernization program.

You'll help the people behind the system get ready for it: stakeholder readiness, communications, adoption, and organizational change. Readiness, change management, and stakeholder engagement are core to how this program succeeds. This role offers the chance to shape how a major agency adopts new technology and to grow with the program for years.

What You Will Do

 * Identify and analyze stakeholder groups across the agency.
 * Develop stakeholder engagement plans.
 * Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
 * Perform stakeholder impact and readiness assessments.
 * Develop targeted communications for impacted organizations.
 * Coordinate communications among program, functional, and technical teams.
 * Track stakeholder concerns, risks, and resistance.
 * Support change impact assessments.
 * Coordinate demonstrations, town halls, workshops, and readiness sessions.
 * Support deployment communications and adoption activities.
 * Develop stakeholder dashboards and status reports.
 * Use AI tools to accelerate communications, analysis, and reporting, and mentor junior team members in doing the same.
