## Description

* Historiser les contacts dans l'outil de suivi dédié
 * Escalader les problématiques techniques signalées ou constatées au service compétent
 * Garantir le traitement des demandes selon les délais et procédures de sécurité établis au sein du service
 * Assurer le suivi des évolutions et bugs existants
 * Mener des actions correctrices à la demande des utilisateurs, internes et externe, sur nos solutions en production (gestion des droits, suppression d'utilisateurs ou coordonnées bancaires)
 * En collaboration avec l'équipe Product, contribuer à l'amélioration des parcours utilisateurs sur nos solutions, * Documenting and logging all interactions in the dedicated tracking tool
 * Escalating reported or identified technical issues to the appropriate team
 * Ensuring requests are handled in accordance with established timelines and security procedures
 * Tracking ongoing developments and existing bugs
 * Performing corrective actions at the request of internal and external users on our production solutions (user access management, removal of users or bank details)
 * Collaborating with the Product team to improve user journeys across our solutions
