## Description

As a Senior Software Engineer: Architecture & Agentic Systems, you'll build and scale a variety of engineering projects through bringing your expertise in system architecture, Python and production agentic/LLM systems to fuel change and measurable impact.

In this role, you'll:

 * Own the architecture and technology choices for AI-native, agentic products, from the whiteboard to production
 * Build hands-on in Python: agent orchestration, tool-calling and integrations
 * Set engineering standards through code reviews and best practices
 * Keep nearshore teams aligned on architecture, priorities and quality
 * Translate business needs into robust, scalable system designs
