## About the Role

* 7-10 years of experience in Growth, Conversion, or Product, including people-management
 * Strong expertise in CRO and/or product management for a high-traffic website
 * Proven track record in delivering measurable conversion improvements
 * Experience managing and developing multidisciplinary teams
 * Deep understanding of experimentation and A/B testing methodologies
 * Ability to collaborate with Engineering on performance, tracking, and security (coding not required)
 * Experience leading complex projects with multiple business and technical stakeholders
 * Strong leadership, communication, and prioritization skills
 * Hands-on experience using AI to enhance personal and team operations
 * Fluent English
