## About the Role

* 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities.
 * Experience supporting IT operations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
 * Proven experience managing MSPs, external vendors, and outsourced IT services.
 * Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise applications.
 * Experience overseeing IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, or similar technologies.
 * Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical responsibilities.
 * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the IT Director - Manufacturing & IT Operations:

 * Experience with Epicor or similar ERP platforms.
 * Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks and audit processes.
 * Experience supporting regulated business environments.
 * Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, identity management, and network security tools.

Our client is an established organization seeking an experienced IT Director - Manufacturing & IT Operations to oversee technology operations, infrastructure, and strategic initiatives. The company offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to drive operational improvements and contribute to long-term business objectives., We are seeking an experienced IT Director to provide leadership and oversight of IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on problem-solving.
The ideal candidate has experience leading IT functions within a manufacturing or similarly complex operational environment, managing external technology partners, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient systems.
Occasional travel is required.

Responsibilities of the IT Director - Manufacturing & IT Operations:
