## About the Role

* Minimum 3 years' experience in AI, machine learning, or software engineering roles
 * Proven experience designing, prototyping, and delivering AI solutions
 * Strong Python development skills
 * Solid software engineering fundamentals, including code quality, testing, and version control
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously
 * Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
 * Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
 * Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation

Required Qualifications:

 * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.

Desirable Skills:

 * Experience deploying, maintaining, or supporting AI solutions in production environments
 * Exposure to MLOps, cloud platforms, or AI deployment pipelines
 * Experience working with international or globally distributed teams
 * Knowledge of software deployment and operational support practices

## Description

* Design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions to address complex business and engineering challenges
 * Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready AI applications
 * Develop and maintain Python-based software solutions following engineering best practices
 * Support the deployment, optimisation, and continuous improvement of AI systems
 * Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
 * Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle
 * Contribute to process improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing across teams
