* Bac+5 en finance, contrôle de gestion, comptabilité ou audit
 * 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en cabinet de conseil, direction financière ou audit
 * Bonne compréhension des processus Finance (clôtures, reporting, budget, consolidation)
 * Exposition à un outil ERP ou de reporting (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Power BI…) appréciée - pas obligatoire
 * Anglais courant indispensable

## Description

Analyse fonctionnelle

 * Recueil et formalisation des besoins auprès des équipes financières
 * Contribution à la rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles
 * Interface entre la direction financière et les équipes techniques

Conduite du changement

 * Accompagnement des utilisateurs dans l'appropriation des nouveaux outils
 * Participation aux phases de recette fonctionnelle (UAT)
 * Préparation et animation d'ateliers et sessions de formation
