Vous communiquez efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe et les parties prenantes. Une appétence en E-santé ou une première expérience dans le secteur serait un vrai plus ! ## Description Rattaché(e) à la Direction Digital Marketing et sous la responsabilité du Product Manager, vous intervenez sur le Projet Mon Espace Elsan Care, en qualité de Product Owner Junior : * Accompagnement du PM sur l'identification et la traduction des besoins métiers en specs fonctionnelles (Conception, rédaction des tickets, priorisation du backlog, etc…) * Participation aux conceptions et recettes des développements liés aux différentes optimisations du produit * Démo des sprints aux différentes équipes * Veille sur l'environnement e-santé, en constante évolution notamment avec l'IA : sur les outils et les méthodes qui seraient pertinentes pour challenger l'existant et optimiser notre efficacité * Suivi et mise à jour des OKR clés Rejoindre ELSAN, c'est participer à un projet enrichissant humainement qui a du sens, avec un fort impact sociétal !
