They are using AI to solve business use cases. * Need strong Senior level coders (generally 7+ years) that can perform code reviews and participate in design discussions, not people managers. * Software Engineers Java or Python Cloud, NOSQL Kafka monitoring + Agentic AI exp. (MCP, Google ADK, exp building software that integrates with AI Agents) * AWS preferred but needs experience with containerization and CI/CD at a minimum. * Testing (Junit, Mockito, etc) and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, splunk, etc) are important, as well as REST API. * Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a financial services environment.
