## About the Role

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Strong hands-on diagnostic skills across virtualized hardware, storage networks, and operating systems.
Linux System Administration: Fundamental to advanced Linux SA skills, command-line expertise, and system management.

Storage Administration: Hands-on experience with NetApp storage administration and data management.

Virtualization: Practical experience administering VMware and vSphere environments.

Container Management: Working knowledge of Rancher for container ecosystem management.

Access Requirements: Ability to obtain SYS1 level system access.

Rotational Support: Flexibility to provide rotational call-in support to backup the team when required.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 14+ years of professional systems engineering experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 19+ years of hands-on technical systems engineering and requirements management experience in lieu of a degree.
