## About the Role

* Up to 5 years of professional experience (junior / early-career).
 * Working proficiency in Python (required).
 * Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
 * Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, MCP, and webhooks.
 * SQL skills.

## Description

About the Opportunity:ZipStaff is seeking a Junior AI Agent Developer to help build, test, and support enterprise conversational AI agents and the web experiences around them at a major utility organization.You will work alongside senior engineers on Google Cloud Platform (GECX / Dialogflow CX), connect agents to Azure and ServiceNow, and build front-end interfaces. This is a junior development seat with mentorship.
What You'll Do:

 * Build and test conversational flows, intents, route groups, and LLM-powered tools in GECX / Dialogflow CX.
 * Contribute to agents built with Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK).
 * Develop and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, and small services in Python that connect agents to ServiceNow and Azure.
 * Write SQL queries for agent lookups, reporting, and conversational analytics.
 * Create responsive, accessible interfaces using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript / JavaScript.
 * Help maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and write unit, API, and front-end tests.
 * Participate in Agile / SAFe ceremonies and keep documentation current.
