## Description

Reporting to the IT Director, you will oversee a team of project professionals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard. With responsibility for a project portfolio valued at approximately £5m, this is a key leadership role driving technology-enabled change across the organisation., * Lead and develop a team of IT Project Managers

 * Govern and manage the delivery of a complex portfolio of IT projects.
 * Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and reporting.
 * Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
 * Drive effective project initiation, risk management, change control, and quality assurance.
 * Manage third-party supplier relationships and project-related budgets.
