## About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer I to provide on-site network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support on a dispatch/on-demand basis. The ideal candidate has practical networking knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently at customer locations., * 1-3 years of experience in networking, IT support, field service, or a related technical role.

 * Basic understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, LAN/WAN, and network connectivity.
 * Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and network hardware.
 * Familiarity with structured cabling, patch panels, and basic cable testing.
 * Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware issues.
 * Knowledge of Cisco or similar networking equipment is preferred.
 * Ability to work independently, follow technical instructions, and communicate professionally.
 * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer locations for on-site assignments.

## Description

* Install, replace, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.
 * Perform rack and stack activities and basic hardware installations.
 * Install, terminate, label, and test copper and fiber network cabling.
 * Configure and troubleshoot basic network connectivity, IP addressing, VLANs, and related services.
 * Assist with DNS, DHCP, and network device configuration as required.
 * Perform basic network and hardware diagnostics and resolve connectivity issues.
 * Support network equipment upgrades, replacements, and maintenance.
 * Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and remote support teams when necessary.
 * Document completed work, troubleshooting steps, and equipment changes.
 * Travel to customer sites in or around Mohave Valley as dispatch assignments require.
