You'll be the networking expert their engineers rely on, and you'll also keep things running smoothly for the head office. You don't need to be a CCNA-level specialist. You do need solid practical networking experience and a willingness to get stuck in. The networking side The company's engineers regularly bring new sites online. When they need support, you're the escalation point. That means: * Configuring routers and firewalls for new sites * Setting up port forwarding and IP addressing securely, opening only what's needed * Troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues, both remotely and occasionally on site * Making sure network setups meet the company's security standards * Escalating the really complex problems to a senior specialist in the team The support side It's a small team, so you'll also own day-to-day IT for 30-40 head office staff: * Building and deploying laptops and mobile devices (Apple MDM, training provided) * Onboarding and offboarding users in Microsoft 365 and Azure * Handling everyday support requests, from Wi-Fi to printers * Cabling, crimping and setting up new equipment * Taking ownership of small projects, such as phone system rollouts and device refreshes
