## Description

* Support a Microsoft-based network, including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
 * Provide basic desktop and networking support, including troubleshooting BSOD, IPConfig Command, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy
 * Install and maintain PC hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, and tablets
 * Execute deployment plans and manage asset inventory, including updating the asset management system
 * Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements and assist other technicians as needed
 * Conduct client interviews to gather information for pre-deployment asset discovery
 * Perform data transfer and recovery, and resolve basic network communication problems independently
 * Prepare computers for deployment and manage incoming and outgoing assets
