## About the Role

* Experience in network support or engineering roles
 * Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and network diagnostics
 * Experience with Cisco networking equipment (CCNA-level knowledge)
 * Exposure to Palo Alto firewalls and/or Cisco ISE to implement wired and wireless network access control and micro segmentation
 * Experience with fibre and copper cable management (datacentre clean ups)
 * Familiarity with NAC solutions and enterprise network security practices
 * Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

## Description

* Provide hands-on support for LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple sites
 * Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers
 * Assist with firewall rule changes and basic policy management (Palo Alto or similar)
 * Support VPN and remote access solutions
 * Monitor network performance and respond to alerts using tools like SolarWinds or PRTG
 * Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes
 * Participate in change and incident management processes
