## Description

As an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting and maintaining the shared IT services and delivering projects across group.

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer: Duties

 * Proactive management and responding to alerts from monitoring platforms including the Office 365 Tenancy, on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
 * Working in the Service Delivery function, providing Tier 3 & 4 support for Microsoft products, Meraki networks and Palo Alto firewalls.
 * Manage and support the delivery of Infrastructure projects
 * Design and implement new technologies, upgrades and enhancements
 * System administration tasks, user and security administration, housekeeping, software upgrades, patching, and cyclical health and status checks
 * Maintaining and creating documentation using Visio, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint as appropriate
 * Understanding of Microsoft technology, Azure, M365, and Windows Server and security
 * Maintain a high security posture, implementation of new controls and addressing any findings from vulnerability assessments

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer: Experience

 * Windows Server
 * Entra ID, Active Directory and DNS
 * PowerShell and scripting in Microsoft environments.
 * Management of Office 365 tenancy including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint & Intune
 * Implementation and management of workloads within Azure
 * Meraki & Palo Alto networks
 * Veeam backup and replication technology
 * Documentation skills using Visio, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint as appropriate
