## Description

As a Senior Engineer, you'll collaborate with the team lead to shape the technical direction and delivery of products that empower artists and record labels around the world. You'll combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering partners to turn complex needs into reliable, scalable solutions. You'll build performant scalable solutions, collaborate with other engineers, and help your team deliver meaningful outcomes for our users.

 * Collaborate on the technical design and delivery of products within a cross-functional team, connecting engineering decisions to user needs and business priorities.
 * Develop across our technology stack, writing clean, tested, maintainable code and setting a high standard for engineering quality.
 * Balance scalability, reliability, security, and performance with pragmatic delivery.
 * Partner closely with Product and Design to understand requirements, assess trade-offs, and break complex initiatives into clear, achievable milestones.
 * Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews, communicating decisions clearly and building alignment within your team.
 * Drive improvements to testing, observability, deployment practices, and operational reliability.
 * Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative culture of continuous learning and technical ownership.
