## About the Role

* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (vocational qualifications welcome)
 * Up to 2 years in an admin, data or office role would be useful
 * Confident with Microsoft 365, especially Excel
 * Fluent written and spoken English
 * Highly accurate, with a real eye for detail
 * Well organised and able to manage your own workload
 * A clear, confident communicator with people at all levels
 * Customer-focused, and keen to understand the bigger picture of how the business works

## Description

You ll process and check the stock movement data that customers submit, so that customer and site stock records are always accurate. Your day-to-day will include:

 * Receiving, analysing and uploading customer declaration files into the company s internal system
 * Registering declared stock movements and resolving any rejected files
 * Contacting customers about rejected files or queries about non-agreed delivery locations
 * Creating and maintaining matching tables so movements are assigned correctly
 * Checking the quality and timeliness of customer data submissions
 * Keeping customer process flow charts up to date
 * Contributing to wider team projects where your skills are useful
