## About the Role

They are seeking experienced Senior DevOps Engineers who combine deep technical expertise with excellent communication skills and a consultative approach. This role would suit senior engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working closely with stakeholders and helping organisations build scalable, cloud-native platforms., * 7+ years' commercial technology experience

 * Strong AWS engineering and cloud platform experience
 * Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise
 * Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub or CircleCI
 * Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience
 * Solid Python development experience
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Track record delivering long-term engagements within complex environments
 * Eligible for UK Security Clearance

Desirable Experience

 * Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience
 * Public sector or regulated environment experience
 * Large-scale cloud transformation programmes
 * Agile software delivery environments

What We're Looking For

Technical capability is essential, but communication is equally important. The successful candidate will be comfortable explaining technical concepts, engaging with stakeholders at all levels and operating as a trusted advisor within client teams.

We're particularly interested in engineers who can demonstrate depth across AWS, automation, containerisation and software engineering whilst communicating clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
