## About the Role

* Previous experience within IT Support, Service Desk or a similar technical support role
 * Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
 * Good customer service and communication skills
 * Experience with Intune, Entra ID, Azure or PowerShell would be beneficial
 * An interest in scripting and automation
 * MSP or multi-client experience would be advantageous but isn't essential
 * Someone keen to learn and develop their technical skills

You don't need experience with every technology listed. This role would suit someone with a solid support background who is looking for a position where they can develop further into Microsoft cloud technologies and automation.

## Description

You'll provide hands-on technical support to users and client environments, troubleshooting a range of Microsoft and Windows-related issues. Alongside day-to-day support, you'll also have the opportunity to get involved with scripting and automation to help improve and streamline support processes., * Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Windows issues

 * Resolving incidents and service requests
 * Supporting account and access issues
 * Device setup, configuration and enrolment
 * Supporting Intune, Entra ID and Azure environments
 * Helping maintain and improve PowerShell scripts
 * Identifying repetitive tasks that could be automated
 * Supporting endpoint policies, monitoring and patching
