## About the Role

Please be aware the majority of the work is on-Prem so strong on-prem skills are critical with some cloud knowledge. You must have also worked in a regulated environment (ideally financial services)., * Previous experience in data engineering and business intelligence.

 * Experience working in a regulated environment (ideally financial services)
 * Expertise in SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, etc
 * Expertise with data pipelines and integrations ( ETL / ELT)
 * A good understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, data normalisation, etc
 * Knowledge of data manipulation languages (T-SQL, DAX)
 * Agile (ideally Kanban)
 * Power BI

Knowledge of scripting languages and cloud technologies is an advantage however this role is mainly on-prem.

## Description

Data Engineer, On prem, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Regulated environment. One day a month in Marlow, Buckinghamshire or Canary Wharf, London. Salary £ 55000 - 60000 + excellent benefits, * Deliver high quality enterprise level data solutions on Microsoft platforms.

 * Work closely with architects and senior data engineers.
 * Contribute to agile events.
 * Participate in code reviews.
 * Create technical documentation and release notes.
 * Conduct testing prior to release.
