## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in STEM, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or an equivalent field.
 * Typically possesses 2-5 years of aerospace and/or defense experience.
 * Experience supporting development of mechanical systems and structures, electronics, electrical cabling, system integration, and qualification testing.
 * General aerospace engineering knowledge including structural analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), physics-based modeling, dynamics, kinematics, advanced high-strength materials, design, and testing.
 * Demonstrated ability to contribute to multidisciplinary project planning and execution.
 * Must be US Persons (citizens or permanent residents)

## Description

* Utilize CAMEO and DOORS to develop, manage, and maintain system requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the product development lifecycle.
 * Lead requirements definition, analysis, and decomposition activities, translating customer and system-level requirements into detailed subsystem requirements.
 * Develop and maintain Validation and Verification (V&V) matrices to ensure comprehensive coverage of system and subsystem requirements.
 * Plan and coordinate verification and test activities, including test strategy development, test procedures, and requirements-based testing approaches.
 * Establish and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from system-level requirements through subsystem allocation, verification, and validation activities.
 * Ensures engineering tasks balance design, analysis, and testing to achieve robust system performance.
 * Supports preparation of engineering reports and presentations.
 * Supports creation of interface control drawings and interface description documents.
