Our Professional Services team turns that software into real change for our clients, and we're looking for a Change and Delivery Business Analyst to join them. You'll be the bridge between our clients and our delivery teams. You'll get to know how a client works today, shape what good looks like tomorrow, and make sure we solve the real problem rather than the one first assumed. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to our offices and client sites, which may sometimes include an overnight stay. What You Will Do: You'll help clients understand what they truly need, then work with our teams to deliver it and help people embrace the change. * Work with clients to understand how their business runs today and where they want it to go * Run workshops and interviews to capture clear, well-documented requirements * Ask the right questions to separate what a client wants from what their business actually needs * Map current and future processes so everyone can see the change clearly * Keep requirements, risks and issues documented and up to date from start to finish * Work alongside architects, engineers and project teams to design practical solutions that fit the client's goals * Spot where change will land hardest and plan how to support people through it, including communication and training * Keep clients and internal teams aligned with regular, honest updates on progress and risks
