## Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to provide technical leadership within a product engineering team delivering business-critical applications and services.
This is a key leadership role, combining hands-on technical expertise with architectural guidance, mentoring, and engineering excellence. You'll work closely with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure and resilient solutions while helping shape the technical direction of the platform., * Provide technical leadership and direction across a delivery team.

 * Drive architectural and engineering decisions aligned to business goals.
 * Lead technical risk management, incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
