## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder gleichwertig
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Netzwerkadministration, Routing, Switching und Security

 * Möglichst Erfahrung mit HP und/oder CISCO, besser noch Fortinet - Netzwerkumgebungen und Monitoring-Lösungen (PRTG, NAC, SASE)
 * Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität und Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Eigenverantwortung

## Description

* Betreuung einer komplexen Netzwerkinfrastruktur mit 10 WAN-Standorten,
 * Rechenzentrum und ca. 2.000 Clients
 * Troubleshooting samt Analyse des Netzwerkverkehrs
 * Erarbeitung und Optimierung von Netzwerklösungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse
 * Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen und Anforderungen im Rahmen des 2nd-Level-Supports sowie Dokumentation im eingesetzten Ticketsystem
 * Mitwirkung in der Umsetzung von Projekten
 * Betreuung von aktiven Netzwerk-Komponenten (Fortinet, CISCO, HP)
 * Support und Problemanalyse bei Störungen innerhalb der Netzwerk- und Serverumgebung sowie der Infrastruktur
 * Eigenständige Systembetreuung, Systemadministration und -verwaltung (u. a. Installation, Konfiguration und Überwachung einer Microsoft Systemlandschaft)
 * Fehleranalyse, Problembehebung und ggf. Konfiguration mit Consultants
