## About the Role

* Previous experience in social media and content creation
 * Confident creating and editing video content for social media
 * Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
 * Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar editing tools
 * Creative, organised and able to work independently
 * Someone who enjoys coming up with new ideas and keeping up with social media trends

Fashion, retail, beauty or lifestyle experience would be an advantage.

## Description

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist to join a growing fashion brand based in Biggleswade. This is initially a part-time role, with the opportunity for the hours to increase .

You will work closely with the business owner, creating engaging content and helping to grow the brand across social media. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas and make a real impact on the brand's online presence.

The Role

 * Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and You Tube including Reels, Stories , live streaming etc
 * Film and edit short-form video and photography for social media
 * Plan content and maintain a simple, organised content calendar
 * Help develop new content ideas and identify trends and opportunities
 * Monitor engagement and performance and use this to improve future content
 * Maintain a consistent look and feel across all social media channels
 * Support email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
 * Work closely with the business owner on creative ideas and campaigns
 * Attend occasional photoshoots and content days
 * Some weekend availability will be required
