## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
 * 3+ years of experience in electrical system design, power systems, controls integration, or commissioning in an industrial environment.
 * Ability to read, create, and redline electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
 * Working knowledge of power system fundamentals, including fault current, protection principles, grounding, and load flow.
 * Experience with low-voltage power distribution and industrial communication interfaces.
 * Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with power generation, microgrids, medium-voltage switchgear, generator protection, ETAP, PSCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, EPLAN, KiCad, or AutoCAD Electrical is preferred. Spanish is a plus.

## Description

* Design electrical and protection systems.
 * Perform power system studies, including load flow, short-circuit/fault analysis, coordination, and arc-flash studies.
 * Support system modeling and simulation.
 * Define microgrid and plant control functionality.
 * Design and review electrical control cabinets and panels.
 * Perform testing and commissioning at customer sites.
 * Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues.
 * Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
