## Description

* Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Windows-Clientumgebung inklusive Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien und Citrix
 * Software- und Hardware-Updates sowie Lifecycle-Management über Endpoint-Management-Lösungen, insbesondere SCCM (must have!)
 * Analyse und Lösung komplexer Client-Probleme im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Entwicklung von Skripten zur Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben, vorrangig mit PowerShell
 * Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsstandards sowie Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
