 * Spaß an Technik, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
 * Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Motivation, Neues zu lernen - von Salesforce über APIs bis AI-Tools
 * Sinn für Humor ist nicht nachteilhaft

## Description

* Aufbau, Testing und Optimierung von AI-Legal-Tech-Lösungen
 * Aufbau und Pflege automatisierter Workflows (Salesforce, Make, PowerAutomate, Zapier, n8n)
 * Erstellung von AI Agents in Vertrieb und Operation
 * Digitale Beauftragung und Operation, Automatische Unterlagenerstellung, Tools
 * Erstellung und Betreuung von Schnittstellen zwischen Webseiten, Webshop, Mandantenbereichen und CRM
 * Technische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Struktur (Azure, MS365, Server, VPN, Drucker etc.)
 * Support des Teams
 * Koordination mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und schnelle Problemlösung im Alltag

Marketing

 * Koordination UX/UI Design, Marketing Landingpage und Webshop: UX/UI verkaufsoptimierter Prozess mit Wordpress, Gravity und Webflow Entwicklung, dabei Implementation neuer Plugins und Widgets
 * Laufende Performance Marketing Betreuung: Conversion Tracking und Optimierung
 * Multichannel: Google Ads, Google Performance Max, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok, E-Mail-Marketing
