Do you have experience in Ubuntu?, * You have successfully completed your apprenticeship as an IT specialist or equivalent

 * Enrolled in one of the computer science / business informatics degree programs, further training as an IT specialist or comparable
 * You are well-versed in Microsoft, Windows, Linux and networks
 * Quick comprehension of complex relationships, good analytical and conceptual skills
 * Ability to work in a team, commitment, and communication skills
 * Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

## Description

* Operational participation in our internal IT support
 * Provide first-level and second-level support for hardware, software and network issues
 * Monitor system performance and ensure devices are updated with patches and antivirus
 * Install, configure and upgrade computer systems, applications and peripherals
 * Maintain printers, scanners and other office equipment
 * Support hardware configuration/installation
 * Assist in installing, configuring and maintaining Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, Debian)
 * Participation in the introduction of new technologies and exciting projects
 * Creation of templates, documentation and training materials for the users or the archive
