Administration der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs inklusive Ausbau und laufender Strukturoptimierung Analyse technischer Probleme sowie eigenständige Ableitung und Umsetzung von Lösungsvorschlägen Planung und Führung von Rollouts sowie Migrationen im Windows-Umfeld Administration und Wartung von windowsbasierten Server Systemen, Virtualisierungsumgebungen, Storagesystemen, Firewalls, Switches, etc. Mitwirkung bei Support und Administration der zentralen Citrix Umgebung Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Software vor allem im Rahmen der Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze inklusive der Administration von Benutzer-Accounts Mitarbeit/Unterstützung bei standortübergreifenden IT-Projekten Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der IT-Landschaft und -Prozesse
