## About the Role

Essential

 * Significant senior leadership experience within an IT or technology function.
 * Proven experience developing and delivering IT strategies.
 * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies and cybersecurity.
 * Experience leading digital transformation and technology change.
 * Experience managing IT budgets, vendors and technical teams.
 * Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Collaborative, results-driven and committed to continuous improvement., * Experience within workplace technology, managed services, engineering or a project-based environment.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, hybrid environments and enterprise architecture.
 * Familiarity with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, ITIL or other recognised IT governance and service management frameworks.
 * Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, TOGAF, Microsoft Azure or equivalent., * IT: 10 years (preferred)
