Eigenständige Durchführung von Problemanalysen sowie die Übernahme der Ticketbearbeitung Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bei allen IT-relevanten Fragestellungen Durchführung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports schriftlich, telefonisch und per Fernwartung Mitwirkung am Störungsmanagement und die damit verbundene Fehlereingrenzung und Fehlerbehebung Installation, Wartung und Pflege von Arbeitsplätzen, PCs, Multifunktionsgeräten und Telefonen Verantwortung für die Annahme, Analyse und Klassifizierung auftretender Probleme aus dem Hard- und Softwarebereich im Ticketsystem
