## About the Role

Technical/Engineering Design, Bobcat Equipment, Customer Support/Service, Product Engineering, Water Quality Testing, Engineering Drawing, PTC Creo, Bill of Materials (BOM), Prototyping, Testing, * Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

 * 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
 * Be able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4-months)
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
 * Communication and collaboration skills
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.

Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.

Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.

Role & Responsibility

 * Assist in creating and modifying parts and engineering drawings using tools like Creo.
 * Update Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Bills of Materials (BOM).
 * Support prototype builds, testing, and maintenance of engineering equipment.
 * Analyze test results to improve product designs.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, service, marketing) to solve design challenges and contribute to product development.
 * Participate in design reviews and provide input on product improvements.
