Erstellt mit künstlicher Intelligenz A Snapshot of Your Day As the Global Process Lead - Service at Transformation of Industry (TI), you align the TI service process template with the corporate SAP S/4HANA standard and safeguard fit to standard decisions (adopting standard capabilities with minimal customization). You serve as TI's voice to the corporate template team, shaping divisional requirements and compliant extensions/variants across Long Term Service (contracted service agreements), Field/On Site Service, Digital/Remote Services, Installed Base & Warranty, and Service to Cash (from service delivery to billing). A major focus over the next years is our multi year SAP R/3 * S/4HANA greenfield upgrade, migrating 100+ companies across 20 SAP systems-you drive TI's service readiness and template adoption while advising the Program Management Office (PMO) and rollout Project Managers. Because Salesforce holds our installed base and supports quoting/CPQ, you ensure robust SAP-Salesforce process and data integration in the end to end service flow.
