## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect or Lead D365 Consultant.
 * Extensive experience delivering solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Microsoft Power Platform.
 * Strong expertise in Dataverse, model-driven app development and solution design.
 * Hands-on development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript and Dynamics 365 SDK.
 * Experience designing and delivering integrations using APIs, Azure services and middleware technologies.
 * Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security models, governance and application lifecycle management.
 * Experience implementing DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
 * Experience mentoring and leading technical teams.

Desirable Experience

 * Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages solutions.
 * Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud-first design principles.
 * Experience working within Agile, Scrum or multidisciplinary digital delivery teams.
 * Experience delivering solutions within regulated or large-scale public sector environments.
 * Knowledge of AI Builder, Copilot Studio and emerging Microsoft AI capabilities.
 * Experience overseeing technical delivery across multiple workstreams or product teams.
 * Understanding of data migration, data governance and master data management approaches.
