## About the Role

* An associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 * Three or more years of technical support experience in a business environment.
 * Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Hyper-V.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * A customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
 * The ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and work independently when needed.

Even Better If You Have

Experience with SharePoint, Intune, Azure, PowerShell, Veeam, mobile device management, cybersecurity, CAD/GIS or engineering applications, automation, APIs, cloud migration, or AI-enabled technologies is a plus. Microsoft certifications are also welcomed.

## Description

* Provide friendly, responsive technical support to employees in the office, remotely, and in the field.
 * Troubleshoot and support computers, mobile devices, printers, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper-V.
 * Help maintain servers, networks, VPNs, wireless connectivity, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
 * Support cybersecurity tools, endpoint protection, access controls, and security best practices.
 * Support SharePoint, mobile device management, and other collaboration technologies.
 * Help maintain CAD workstations and technology that supports engineering, GIS, surveying, and project teams.
 * Contribute to cloud migration, infrastructure improvements, automation, cybersecurity, and other technology initiatives.
 * Explore emerging tools, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled business applications, and identify opportunities to improve how we work.
