* You have 6+ years building and shipping ML systems, with deep expertise in recommendation and ranking systems, statistics, predictive or causal modeling, and LLMs.

 * You have a track record of training models at scale and a strong grounding in robust ML pipelines, multimodal data representation, and model validation on real-world tasks.

 * You can lead ambiguous, open-ended research and translate it into working product, and hold an MS or PhD in CS, ML, or a related field, or have equivalent industry experience.
