## About the Role

* At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
 * 2+ years of experience working in Agile processes.
 * Ability to leverage domain knowledge to recommend solution approaches and validate technical plans.
 * End-to-end understanding of the product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the business.
 * Strong and proactive communication skills.

* Identify, validate, and prioritize solution opportunities, features, and capabilities through direct input with the user community, business, and technical partners.
 * Gather requirements and definition of done criteria for prioritized initiatives through engagement with stakeholders, product, design, and tech partners.
 * Document and present recommendations, delivery progress, and maintain roadmaps for active initiatives.
