## Description

We are hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer to build scalable services for automated restaurant revenue recovery. You will lead backend work in Java while contributing to customer-facing status and outcome experiences. This is a systems-focused role with meaningful ownership over architecture, uptime, experimentation, and the tools that help the business measure wins and dollars recovered.

What you'll do

 * Build scalable Java backend services for data ingestion, decisioning, filing, tracking, and resolution workflows.

 * Contribute to frontend status and outcome experiences that make the product's work clear to customers.

 * Design systems for reliable automation, integrations, and operational scale.

 * Improve architecture, testing, observability, uptime, and system performance.

 * Run experiments and build measurement that clarifies win rates and recovered revenue.

 * Partner with product, data, operations, and support teams to deliver durable customer outcomes.
