## About the Role

* 13-17+ years of experience leading digital transformation, AI-led initiatives, strategic programs, or enterprise process improvement
\n

 * Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, and translate strategy into execution
\n

 * Track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs with measurable business outcomes
\n

 * Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, analytical, and business case development skills
\n

 * Experience with process improvement methodologies, systems analysis, requirements gathering, and operating model design
\n

 * Excellent communication, executive presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
\n

 * Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and works effectively with high-performing teams
\n

 * Bachelor's degree in Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field required; Master's in Business Administration a plus
\n

 * Experience with enterprise software implementation (including Salesforce and Oracle Financials) and project management; familiarity with SDLC, PMI, and/or Agile methodologies across on-premise, cloud, and SaaS environments
\n

 * Comfort using AI tools and a desire to integrate AI into daily work to improve productivity and outcomes desired
\n

 * PMP certification desirable but not required
\n

 * Management consulting, SaaS, or enterprise transformation experience is a plus
